Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment?

Three ways, and any of them is fine. Fill in the form on this page, message the clinic on WhatsApp, or call directly.

Whichever you choose, it helps to include the patient’s name and age, the main complaint, and which OPD location suits you best.

Which OPD location should I choose?

Whichever is most convenient. The consultation is the same at all three — the difference is location and timing.

V&M Clinic at Bakshi Nagar runs mornings on weekdays. Neuro Axis Clinic at Channi Himmat runs weekday evenings and Sunday mornings. Maya Medicate on Canal Road runs late evenings on Monday and Friday. If none of that fits, say so in the message and the clinic will suggest an alternative.

What happens after I submit the form?

The clinic will call you back on the number you provide to confirm a date and time. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking — please treat the appointment as arranged only once someone has spoken to you.

The form is not monitored continuously. If your request is time-sensitive, calling or messaging on WhatsApp will always be quicker.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Previous prescriptions, MRI or CT films and their reports, EEG or nerve-conduction study reports, recent blood reports, and a list of all medicines currently being taken including doses.

For seizures, memory problems, blackouts or anything witnessed by someone else, bring that person if you can. Their account is often the most useful part of the assessment.

Do I need a referral from another doctor?

No referral is needed to book a consultation. You can request an appointment directly.

If you have been referred, or are coming for a second opinion, bring the referral letter and any earlier reports — going through them is part of the visit.

Prefer to talk?

Call or message the clinic directly

If you would rather not fill in a form, or your question is quicker to ask than to type, calling or messaging on WhatsApp works just as well.

For sudden severe symptoms, go to the nearest emergency department instead — this clinic does not provide emergency services.
